I have mine mounted on a license plate frame. I also go through an automatic car wash weekly. Works as expected. I would buy it again if I needed to. It’s worth it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The camera in this kit has an IP67 rating for weather and dust resistance. White it should do fine in the sun on a roof, or on the rear of a vehicle we would recommend keeping it from being too close to the extreme temperatures of an exhaust pipe
