• No, the back up camera cannot be viewed on an iPhone or any mobile device. It has to be wired into a car receiver with a screen or connected to a monitor.

• I do not know but you can purchase a rearview mirror that the camera will show in the rearview mirror. Can hook to any vehicle with that mirror. Mirror is sold at best buy. So do not have to replace radio.

• Its a 'backup camera'...it gets wired in to a monitor to turn on when you back up
