“Hi, I was wondering if anyone bought this for their 3rd generation RAV4, the one with the swinging open door. If I buy this backup up camera, it would go on the license plate area and would not be center. Did it work for you guys who bought it?”

I used this camera without the license plate holder. I had a bracket from a previous camera on my bumper. It is a good little camera. All these cameras have a standard wire connections. Simple.
