• I can only suggest to sit eye level where you are thinking of mounting it and while looking at what you see ask yourself if I only want to see grills & tires and asphalt by mounting it that low. Are you looking for a backup camera?

• It has a really good field of vision. I can see my hitch on lower part of view and still see driver in a vehicle behind me if that gives you an idea.
