“I have a 2014 kia forte that came with a backup camera. The backup camera stopping working not too long ago and I was looking to buy this rather then spend hundreds of dollars on a new one. Would I be able to hook this up to my screen on my car somehow?”

You would have to find which cable is your factory input and splice the 2 together, also I would check that the voltage is the same otherwise your image will get distorted.
