In the Preference Settings there is a Hold Action Duration setting of * 2 hours * 4 hours * Until the next scheduled activity * Until you change it (default value) * Decide at time of change Not really a timer, but if you set this Hold Action Duration to 2 hours, then when you manually set a temperature it will be on hold for 2 hours, after which the normal programming takes over.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not think it has a timer to go off schedule except to do a manual hold at 72 until you go back to schedule. I believe most thermostats do that though. I upgraded to this thermostat for more ability to customize cooling. My old Honeywell would run 10 minutes off 5 then back on 10. The thermostat differential seemed less than .5 degrees and the Honeywells I looked at did not have an option to do that. HoneyBee has a couple different ways to set this which keeps the AC on and off longer saving the life of the unit. By far a great find.
