What is the lowest temp I can set on the Ecobee3? null

In heating mode, you can't set it lower than 45, in cooling mode, lower than 30.

I've taken it down to 50 not for sure if it will go below that or not

Not sure on lowest, but we have ours set to 55 at night and it doesn't have any problem at all with that temp. Not sure how much lower you'd want to go for heating or cooling, but it handles 55 with no problem.
