• YES IT WILL!!! You can find the app in the windows store by searching "Ecobee Remote". I have included an image for your reference.

• Since it has a web presence, then yes you can use a web browser on your phone to get to ecobee3. There is no specific WP app, and it woud not harm our brand if you asked about it too. I have Surface Pro4 and did the setup that way, but can also get to the thermostat via the SmartThings app, which IS on WP.
