To my knowledge yes due to there is an option for it during the initial setup that the unit walks you through.

I have my ecobee4 connected to my aprilair 600 unit, works fine, was 2 more wires to hook up however. Also had to call ecobee support to help, since the directions says will operate it, but not super clear what wire goes where, but the support is first class, just have tons of pictures ready.

I do recall seeing instructions for this in the manual so I’m pretty sure it’s a yes it also shows humidity levels on thermostat
