“I have a thermostat at the top of stairs. How far away can the sensor be. I need one in our bedroom as that is the only room needing A/C upstairs. ( we have separate upstairs and downstairs A/C and will have two thermostat only concern is upstairs”

We have our ecobee downstairs and a sensor upstairs and it works just fine. They are separated by several walls and have no issues communicating.
