• Yes, but with what I feel is limited functionality, depending on your preferences. Not sure about Honeywell specifically (I have VanEE) but you can set it to run 20 minutes or more every hour or manually set it to run for 20 minutes and then shut off. In either case, the furnace fan runs. It’s also on/off with dry contacts - no hi/low. There is an option to set it to dehumidify, but you cannot adjust the threshold. (60% per ecobee support). I connected our existing humidistat in parallel with the ecobee, which solved that issue. Still, with all the functions and tweaking ability, I really like it!
