“I have on demand hot water baseboard heat and a separate central air unit. Can I run both using one thermostat Or does each unit need its own thermostat. If they do each need their own explain why please. If not do you have one that will? Thanks”

Thanks for reaching out! I'd recommend reaching out to support@ecobee.com with photos of your wiring. Potentially the boiler could wire to RH and W1, and the AC could connect to RC, G, Y1, and C but we'll need to take a closer look at this together to confirm.
