• Built-in, I don't think so but check the ecobee subreddit. I'm pretty sure they are going to tell you "No, but you can create an IFTTT routine to do it."

• Hi there! ecobee SmartThermostat does not currently have the ability to set a fan hold for a predetermined time. You could could set a Fan Minimum Runtime value to ensure the fan runs a specific amount of time an hour, or set the fan to ON indefinitely via Quick Changes.
