• Best buy uses a 3rd party for these installations, ecobee comes with both options, if you have a c wire or need to go through the c wire bypass, it comes with extra wiring for that.

• I doubt Best Buy will do it as it would require being a certified HVAC mechanic. I’ve also had some difficulty, not with the product but getting it and my system to work together. Your HVAC company should be able to tell you if they can do the work or Ecobee will help you find someone local to do it.
