Yes. not sure what devices you have but for me. I'm able to check on my iPhone from the control center, asking Siri, or the ecobee app. Also works with my amazon echo devices and Alexa. There are many ways to remotely access it and control the temps.

Yes , you can add to Xfinity home security app, I use with my Apple HomeKit and on Lutron smart home app too. you even can chk on your Apple Watch or on Ecobee app. I know you can even use with google and Alexa too. This is a awesome product. I have two of them gen3 and 4 both.

Yes, you can check the temperature, humidity levels, active processes and even change settings all from the ecobee app. The app shows, basically, a reflection of the thermostat screen. Very user friendly.
