hi i am looking at this equipment and want to know if i have two zones at the house do i install two of these one on first floor and the other on 2nd floor and will they work if i install two of them? null

Yes, two zones = two thermostats, that way you have more control of different schedules and temp settings.

Hi Brian! Each thermostat controls each specific zone and would replace any existing non-ecobee thermostats. The sensors would be placed in the same zone as their corresponding zone. Essentially, the ecobee SmartThemorstat can only control one zone. Hope this helps!
