• Hi Jenn! All ecobee smart thermostats come with a Power Extender Kit included.

• Yes, the ecobee comes with a converter for systems having no C wire. Works very well and easy to install.

• It does. It comes with an extra install device for the c wire. Check their website and documentation. They explain everything really well.
