“My Ecobee works fine and the built in Alexa answers fine when I ask a question. The problem is that for reminders and timers only the light on the top blinks but there is no sound. Anyone has this issue?”

• Unfortunately ecobee support could not help. But I am having a hard time believing i am the only one with this issue.
