Sadly, there are no replacements direct from ecobee. You can try email customer service but they indicated as much to me in the past about the wall mounts. I ended up buying more eventually (and expanded the rooms I placed sensors in). You might find someone selling one on a website that people sell used items; but I've not really seen that either.
