Somehow the dust is compressed into the bag to make space , the app will alert you when it’s full and will ask you to replace the bag
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I thought that at first as well. However, when it sucks up the dirt from the vacuum, it seems to compact it quite well in the bag. Remove the silver top and check the dust bin. I stopped it once when it was on the way to empty itself to see if there was anything in the dust collector. The dust collector was about half full. When it finished the empty process, I checked again, and the onboard dust collector was empty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be able to see the debris in the bag over time. If you aren't seeing anything in the dust bin in the vacuum and it's no longer on the floor then it should be emptying into the dust bag. You could always try putting something like rice or something you can see on the floor and having it vacuum then send it to the dock to empty.
