- Answer Ideal on tile floor....make sure there arr no rugs down when you order the bot to clean. Short, short rugs are no issue but they have to be pretty flat. Hole this helps.

QuestionDoes this have a dry mop option for wood floors like iRobot does? Or damp mop?

- Answer No dry mop option but you can tell it to use less water in specific areas. I have all hard wood floors in my living area and I left it at default setting and no issues whatsoever. The floors dry very quickly.

QuestionWe want to use this to vacuum our sanctuary which is 7500 square feet and has 300 chairs in it. Will this unit work? Thanks

- Answer Yea this will work but will take 7 or more hours to finish. The battery will require a recharge at least twice in order to complete the job

QuestionHello Ecovacs! In your instruction manual, it is mentioned to not remove the the mop pads in order to prolong the life of the mop pads. However, the mop pads cannot stay on when vacuuming the carpet, and they will be frequently removed. Suggestions?

- Answer You can keep the mop pads off ALL the time if you want. If you have a house full of carpet, that’s what you would do anyway. Or, if you just want to vacuum, keep the mop pads off until you need them. I have a house full of tile, so I just keep it all together.
