The cable connecting the active to the passive speaker is 6 feet long. I want to set these up on stands 8 feet apart and 3 feet off the ground. There is no information ANYWHERE on the cable type used or how I can extend the distance between. null

It looks like to be a 9-pin cable wich is fairly standard.. Don't own the unit, just judging by images

I'm in the same boat! Looks like it's got 7 pins, but not the DIN type which is more in a circle formation. Would love to get another 3' of cable (9' in total) to spread these monitors a little further apart.
