• The two speakers connect with each other "wired". The wireless is from any device to the speaker. For example, you can play your iPhone Spotify into the speakers using Bluetooth connectivity hence it is wireless. I hope this helps. Thanks!

• That's to connect the two speakers together. They are wireless as you can use Bluetooth to connect them to your phone, TV, ect. They do also have other options to connect your device to your speaker though in case you don't want to be wireless.
