Will this work with Arris modem/router SVG2482AC? null

No this eero (eero 6 extender) will not by itself. The eero 6 extender can only connect to an eero network, not a different manufacturer's network. You would need a regular eero 6 (or any eero that has an ethernet port on it), that eero 6 can hardwire to the SVG2482AC, create an eero network, and an eero 6 extender can connect to that and extend it.
