A single eero, no. How the eero works is you have one hardwired to your internet connection via ethernet. That will be the gateway/head eero, it will create a wireless network. If you have additional eero, those can connect to the gateway eero wired or wirelessly and they will broadcast the same network, so you'll need at least 2 eero to do what you intend.
