• Technically it will. The eero needs one eero to be hardwired to the internet, that will be a gateway eero. Other eero can connect to that gateway eero, wired or wirelessly, and will broadcast the same wifi. You, in general, don't want to run multiple wireless networks from different devices in close proximity. Doing so almost guarantees wireless interference. If you do run the eero from that access point you may want to see about disabling the wifi from that access point.
