Is this work with linksys router? null

I would use this to connect to your cable modem and this eero can replace your linksys router and provide wi-fi to your entire house

Yes. However the eero will not extend any wireless network the Linksys is generating. What you will do is plug one eero into that Linksys, once setup the eero will generate its own wireless network. Other eero (wired or wireless) will connect to that network and extend it.
