• Not sure of exact product specs, but I have a 3 level house (about 5,000sqft counting the finished basement). Full coverage and no issues.

• I'm using it in a 3100 square foot, single story house and it works in every room. Every house is different but no reason it wouldn't send a signal upstairs as well.
