Ours was doing this for a while but then I set the other wifi's to not connect automatically and had only the eeros on auto. It seemed to help, I don't notice it falling offline near as often.

Please try again later.I haven't had that problem yet but the tech told me that it should jump to the next unit and then reconnect once it's back online,should it not reconnect back online try unplugging it for 30 to 60 seconds and plug it back in again and it should reconnect back online.
