These eeros will definitely help you with the WiFi coverage if you have any dead spot in the house. I got rid of two extra routers with three Eeros at my large two-level home. I no longer suffer of router signal interference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Step 1 in installation is to plug the Eero base unit into the router. So my guess would be that you can't start the sharing from a wireless/bluetooth connection such as your phone. The second, third and so on units connect to the base unit wirelessly. There are products on the market that boost a cell phone signal, maybe that would help.
