Not sure about your issues? Eero pro 6 is a Wi-Fi 6 router, not at all compatible with cellar signal/technology. Are you referring to your Wi-Fi signal on your phone being weak when connected to your Wi-Fi network? For your fire stick, you’ll need to check your Wi-Fi settings/configuration, and perhaps do a network reset or factory reset.
