I don't have a direct answer to your question because I am unfamiliar with the specific combo modem. The eero pro requires an ethernet connection. It has 2 ethernet connectors in the rear. The "main" eero pro uses 1 of them to connect to the modem. You can connect a computer, like a desktop, to the second connection. Or, you can plug in an ethernet switch with a number of ethernet outputs to hook up multiple devices ( like a desktop computer, powerline ethernet). If you have a "combo" router the eero pro would likely be redundant with router functions of your existing combo device. So, you would likely have to be able to disable the router function on the combo device to avoid competing with the eero pro output.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience, the Eero will work with anything. It’s very intuitive, and will figure out the settings automatically after a few prompts. My guess is you won’t have any trouble.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I also have a modem/router combo from my service provider and eero works fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never known this to be an issue. Our ISP is AT&T with a Pace brand modem/router combo and had no issue with set up.
