Q: QuestionThis is my 2nd pair and the 1st pair stopped charging and now when plugging in this pair after only having them for about 2 weeks the red light comes on for about 1-2 min then it off what do I do

Q: QuestionI’ve had 3 of these already.. i don’t know what’s wrong with them, but after a few months of use whenever i put them to charge it just won’t charge anymore. The red charging light turns on when i plug it in and after like 2 minutes it just turns off.??!

• A:Answer I used the corner of a credit card to gently slide the cover back around the ear piece. It actually went on fairly easy this way.

Q: QuestionIt looks like this might have the option to plug in a stereo cable, so you don't have to use the wireless feature. Is that an option? Does it come with that mini-plug to mini-plug cable? One of my kid's devices doesn't have bluetooth.
