- Answer They do have warranty and I believe I paid 2 dollars. You have to get it as soon as you purchase it and you should. Mine broke as soon as I came home. Didn't survive the car ride.

QuestionI just bought these but the volume is very low. I tired adjusting the levels (low, medium, high) in the headphone, but it doesn't make any difference. Is there something else I can do before returning them?
