They could be, but there is no wall mount clip or mounting hole in the back of the speaker. You'd have to either mount then on a shelf or use a bracket of your own, being careful to use short screws to not penetrate the cabinet.

Sure. The front vent allows them to be mounted very close to the wall. Just be sure the mounts are rated for the weight.
