“ELFW7537AW Purchased this washer in May from Best Buy and the washer has an error code HOSE and will not completely drain. Checked the hose. It’s connected correctly and there are no kinks in it. Not sure what else to do. Any advice?”

Hi, Manor! The "HOSE" error code on your Electrolux washer, combined with a failure to drain, indicates a blockage in the drain system, not the supply hose. Check and clean the drain pump filter, which is usually accessible from the bottom front of the machine, and ensure the drain hose is clear of obstructions.
