Does the bag-less canister smell after a while? null

We have not experienced any smell since purchasing it in May 2017

The cup is very small, so I do have to empty mine about every 3rd or 4th pick up. I have washed my canister out, just to clean the dust out of it. I don't think it would smell at all if you do that.

It can be washed if it becomes smelly. BUt overall not smelly at all

No not at all, I have 2 now. I broke the cord on my first. I keep them both charged up.
