- Answer We will be happy to help. You can leave the unit on charge if you use it on a regular basis. If you plan on not using it for an extended period of time we recommend that you take the battery off charge until you are planning to use it again. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-896-9756. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 7:30pm CST.
