Q: QuestionHow Cancel Wash Cycle Spec sheet and all instructions say there is a "Key Combination" used to cancel a cycle or references a "cancel" button but there is no clarification on key combination nor a "Cancel" button on this unit. Customer Service no help.

Q: QuestionWe need a stackable apartment size washer dryer . Does the Electrolux run on 110 or 220? We have no outside vents, so how do I vent the dryer?

• A:Answer Hi, Sandy! Thank you for reaching out. The voltage rating of the dryer is 208/240v, while the washer is 120v. As per installation instructions, there's no alternative other than an outside vent. The exhaust system must be vented outside with an approved vent hood. No screen or grate of any mesh size is allowed to cover the exhaust opening.
