Thank you for reaching out, Susan. Hot and cold water faucets must be installed within the hose length of your washer’s water inlet. The faucets must be 3/4 inch. (1.9 cm) with threading for laundry hose connection. The water pressure must be between 20 and 120 psi. Pressure difference between hot and cold cannot be more than 10 psi. Your water department can advise you of your water pressure. More details about the cycle selection can be reviewed in the use and care manual. https://na2.electroluxmedia.com/Original/Electrolux/Electrolux%20Assets/Document/Complete%20Owners%20Guide/English/A23623503en.pdf ~Ruth

Please know that when using the Intelligent fill feature on your Electrolux Laundry Tower Single Unit Front Load Washer, it’s essential to ensure adequate water pressure for proper calibration. The water inlet valve requires sufficient water pressure to function correctly. Here are some steps to consider: Check Water Pressure: First, verify that your well water supply has adequate pressure. If the pressure is too low, the washer may not fill properly. The specific water pressure requirement may vary, but generally, a minimum pressure of around 20 psi (pounds per square inch) is recommended for most washing machines. Clean Water Inlet Filters: Inspect the water inlet filters and screens. If they are clogged, it can affect water flow and pressure. Clean or replace any filters if necessary. Water Level Selection: Unfortunately, the Electrolux Laundry Tower Single Unit Washer does not offer a manual water level selection option. It primarily relies on the Intelligent fill feature to determine the appropriate water level based on the load size and fabric type. The Intelligent fill feature aims to optimize water usage and energy efficiency by adjusting the water level automatically. Remember that proper water pressure is crucial for the washer’s performance. If you encounter any issues, consider consulting the user manual or contacting Electrolux customer support for specific guidance related to your model. The Electrolux Laundry Tower™ combines a full-sized front load washer and electric dryer in a vertical stacked design, saving space and providing easy access to the control panel. Enjoy thorough cleaning with the LuxCare® Wash System and quick wash and dry cycles. The washer has a capacity of 4.4 cu. ft., while the dryer offers 8.0 cu. ft. capacity. - Owen
