No, it is landscape (horizontal) use only with the supplied base installed. It does have VESA mounting threads on the rear side (100mm x 100 mm standard) so with a monitor arm that you would have to get separately it could then be used in portrait (vertical) orientation.

The included stand anchors to the monitor with 4 screws and it does not rotate. There is not enough height on the stand itself to allow for the length of the monitor in portrait mode.
