• there are 2 HDMI ports on this monitor, a 2.0 and a 1.2. You have to use the 2.0 port, then your console should support the 1440p/120 hz when you apply the correct settings.

• This display doesn’t have HDMI 2.1, which is needed for the series x to get that res and fps. Same thing applies if you’re looking at tvs
