“Would I be able to use this to hear audio on my PC and PS4? For example if one end is in my PC and the other in my controller, could I hear audio from both, if not what would I need to do so.”

Hi Jake, You wouldn't be able to. To do so, you may have to research for a different product to find out if it exists. I'm not able to think of a simple solution for what you want to do, unfortunately. If you have any other questions, please reach out: help.elgato.com
