• Yes that GPU is powerful enough to capture 4K 60.

• If you meet specs should be fine, though no capture card works with AMD for HDR at the moment. They have some deal with Nvida or amd doesnt have the software not sure...bought this and the avermedia 4k and found out neither support it and I have a high end gaming pc...but AMD rx5700xt gpu
