• No, unfortunately you will need to find a way to bypass a PS2 or PS3's HDCP - as the Elgato HD60x does not support HDCP passthrough.

• Don’t see why not. HDMI is HDMI, hypothetically, you could push a SNES if you could convert it to HDMI somehow.
