• It does output at 120 FPS, but in my experience with my LG Oled C9 it seems to only do 1080p 120hz and yes my games do run at 120 FPS with VRR, but I'm outputting my Xbox Series S so it is not an issue to do 1080p

• You are capped at 60FPS in 4k when using xbox series x or ps5. I can run smoothly at 1080p120 on both consoles with an LG gp950. The capture card is capable of 1440p120 but the console outputs aren't capable yet. Once Sony and Microsoft work on their output scaling, 1440p120 will look nice passing through on this card.
