We can't promise that as there are literally millions of different camera/studio/accessories/lighting combinations and this may/may not work for you. You don't need a streamdeck whatsoever to control the keylight.

I would say yes it would excellent for photo lighting, but you might need more than one depending on your setup. It does have its own software so they can be controlled without the stream deck.

You can use the light for whatever purposes you need it for. There is also a smart phone app you can use to control the lighting as well. But you need to be on the same wifi network to control this correctly.

I’m sure it could be used for that. You can control it all from your smartphone with their app, the Elgato Control Center. You can turn it on or off, control the brightness of it, and make slight adjustments to the “temperature” to give a warm/cold feel to the lighting.

It only comes with a clip to mount it on a desk but there are other accessories available to purchase through Elgato.
