• This mounting arm is not adjustable. It's one solid piece and it's an addition to the Elgato Master Mount L

• Hi Samwise, The Solid Arm has a length of 26 cm / 10.24 in, so your monitor would be taller. We would recommend a taller arm such as the Master Mount which can expand from 22 in to 49 in. -Brian
