QuestionWhen set this burner to the lowest mode to simmer coffee or food, will the burner work a little then stop working a little then work again (like regular full size electric stove)? Or it will stay working all the time while the burner turned on ?

- Answer Hello, The ESB-301BF power indicator will turn on while heating and turn off when desired temperature is achieved. It will toggle on & off to maintain temperature. Elite by Maxi-Matic
