- Answer Hello, It is recommended to preheat the air fryer on empty for 3 minutes if the appliance is cold or you can add 3 minutes to your desired time setting in order to pre-heat. Elite by Maxi-Matic Customer Care Team

QuestionWhat liner works with the Elite? It has a small basket, what size works?

- Answer It's the small liner. The oven photo shows the pan is 6.25-inches across. But, I don't know if that's the top or bottom measurement since I don't own this model. However, liners are paper or silicone, so they're easy to reshape or go further up the wall. I also use Parchment Paper, in which I fold the paper over the food but not tightly wrap it, so the airflow may still cook the food.

QuestionWe have an Elite Gourmet 3218R. The off / on knob control falls off. Upon inspection I see that the plastic of the knob has cracked and will not stick onto the metal from the switch. Where do I get a new knob. The unit works great.
